Sentence Re-ordering
( वाक्य पुनर्व्यवस्थापन)

What is a sentence? (वाक्य क्या है?)
A sentence is a group of words which make complete sense अर्थात शब्दों के ऐसे समूह को वाक्य कहते हैं, जिसका अर्थ पूर्ण हो।
Example:

  • Anuj types letters. (अनुज पत्र टाइप करता है।)
  • Deepak makes good tea. (दीपक अच्छी चाय बनाता है।)
  • Rajesh brings water for the poor. (राजेश गरीब के लिए पानी लाता है।)
  • Shashi played footbal yesterday. (शशि ने कल फुटबॉल खेला।)
  • Nandu reads book. (नन्दू किताब पढ़ता है।)

अब उपर्युक्त वाक्यों के word order (शब्द क्रम) बदलकर देखें।

  • Letters type Anuj. (पत्र टाइपे अनुज।)
  • Good Deepak tea makes. (अच्छी दीपक चाय बनाता है।)
  • For the poor Rajesh brings water. (गरीबों के लिए राजेश लाता है पानी)
  • Footbal play Shashi. (फुटबॉल खेलता शशि)
  • Book reads Nandu.

Subject + Verb + Object

Example:

  • Jack and Jill went up a hill. (जैक और जिल पहाड़ पर चढ़ा।)
  • Madhu did her home work. (मधु ने अपना गृहकार्य किया।)

उपर्युक्त वाक्य में शब्द क्रम इस प्रकार है:
Subject : (i) Jack and Jill, (ii) Madhu
verb : (i) Went up, (ii) did
Object : (i) a hill, (ii) her homework
