Types of Political Cultures Prevailing at Present :
According to the political systems present in various countries of the world, Amond has classified political culture in the following four categories :

  • Anglo-American Political Culture / System :
    It is harmonized, liberal and value-based political culture prevailing in Britain and America.
  • Continental European Political Culture / System :
    It is liberal and democratic and born from the combination of several cultures after a violent struggle. It is prevelent in France, Germany, etc.
