Bad Effects of Tobacco and Cigarette :
Tobacco and cigarette are dangerous to health. These are the causes of cancer. Tobacco may be a cause of oral cancer. When it is chewed, it affects our teeth. When cold water is drunk, a pain in teeth is felt. Cigarette affects our lungs. It is also dangerous to those who are nearby the smoking people. We should pledge never to chew tobacco and smoke cigarette.
तम्बाकू तथा सिगरेट के बुरे प्रभाव :
तम्बाकू तथा सिगरेट स्वास्थ्य के लिए हानिकारक हैं। ये कैंसर के कारण हैं। तम्बाकू मुँह के कैंसर का कारण हो सकता है। जब इसे चबाया जाता है, यह हमारे दाँतों को प्रभावित करती है। जब ठण्डा पानी पिया जाता है, दाँतों में दर्द महसूस किया जाता है। सिगरेट हमारे फेफड़ों को प्रभावित करती है। यह उनके लिए भी नुकसानदायक है जो धूम्रपान करने वालों के नजदीक होते हैं। हमें कभी भी तंबाकू न चबाने तथा सिगरेट नहीं पीने की कसम लेनी चाहिए।
