Rajasthan Board RBSE Class 7 English Application Writing
प्रार्थना-पत्र संक्षिप्त तथा विनम्र भाषा में लिखे जाते हैं। प्रार्थना-पत्र में सबसे ऊपर, पत्र के बायीं ओर पत्र भेजने वाले का पता व उसके नीचे दिनांक अंकित की जाती है। इसके नीचे पत्र प्राप्त करने वाले का पद-नाम लिखा जाता है। इसके पश्चात् अभिवादन का शब्द Sir या Madam लिखा जाता है। फिर प्रार्थना-पत्र की मुख्य बात (main body) लिखी जाती है। अंत में बायीं ओर प्रधानाचार्य, कक्षा-अध्यापक आदि को सम्बोधित प्रार्थना-पत्रों में Yours obediently तथा नौकरी के लिए Manager आदि को सम्बोधित प्रार्थनापत्रों तथा अन्य कार्यों के लिए उच्च अधिकारियों को सम्बोधित प्रार्थनापत्रों में Yours faithfully लिखा जाता है। इसके नीचे पत्र भेजने वाले का नाम लिखा जाता है तथा बायीं ओर दिनांक को अंकित किया जाता है।
