Dialogue का शाब्दिक अर्थ व्यक्तियों के वार्तालाप से है। अंग्रेजी में वार्तालाप सोच-समझकर सरल भाषा में लिखना चाहिए ताकि पढ़ने वाला वार्तालाप को अच्छी प्रकार समझ सके।
Dialogue लिखते समय निम्नलिखित बातों पर ध्यान दें
- दिये हुए विषय पर ध्यानपूर्वक सोचें।
- जिन व्यक्तियों के वार्तालाप को लिखना है उनके बारे में अपने मन में विचारों को सही क्रम में सोच लें ।
- यह ध्यान रखें कि आपके द्वारा लिखा Dialogue वास्तविक-सा ही लगे।
- Dialogue के वाक्यों को अत्यंत सरल भाषा में लिखें।
- Dialogue संक्षिप्त हो, प्रश्न व उत्तर भी संक्षिप्त व स्पष्ट हों।

Dialogue 10 (चिकित्सालय में)
(A) I have severe toothache, doctor.

(B) Open your mouth. One of your teeth is decayed. Get it extracted.
अपना मुँह खोलिये। आपका एक दाँत सड़ गया है। इसे निकलवा दीजिये।
(A) What shall I have to do for it?
मुझे इसके लिए क्या करना होगा?
(B) Take these tablets for two days. They will mitigate your swelling and pain. come after two days for extraction.
दो दिन तक ये गोलियाँ खाइये। ये आपकी सूजन एवं दर्द को मिटा देंगी। दो दिन के बाद दाँत निकलवाने के लिए आइये।
