Yoga leads to the development of an art of living and develop a positive approach towards life. So it is very important for an overall development of a person. Yoga is also helpful in physical, mental, intellectual and spritual development.

The food in the mouth is chewed with teeth and then through the Oesophagus, it reaches the stomach, from where it goes to the small intestine and then to the large intestine. In the stomach and intestine, the food is digested with the help of the digestive juices. The undigested food collects in the rectum, which is then crecreated from the body.

The size of the moon keeps increasing and decreasing. The size of the moon increases from 1 st Lunar day (Ekum) to the day of the full moon (Poornima) and then dicreases after this. On the day of dark, Moon (Amavasya), the moon is not visible. The shapes of the moon in the above pictures are Ditiya, Panchami and Poornima
