Yoga leads to the development of an art of living and develop a positive approach towards life. So it is very important for an overall development of a person. Yoga is also helpful in physical, mental, intellectual and spritual development.

The food in the mouth is chewed with teeth and then through the Oesophagus, it reaches the stomach, from where it goes to the small intestine and then to the large intestine. In the stomach and intestine, the food is digested with the help of the digestive juices. The undigested food collects in the rectum, which is then crecreated from the body.
